Alain Lévy at L'Auberge du Moulinel

The man is a genius. I simply do not understand how it is still possible to get a table in his restaurant without booking six months in advance. Look at his take on scallops:

This is perfection in its purest state. It's elegant, beautiful, amazing. I must remember not to tell anyone about this restaurant.
